The world’s largest restaurant will open in Paris in a little less than three months.
Sodexo Live!, the company in charge of catering at the Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024, announced today, April 30, what the players will eat at the games.

So that you can see for yourself what’s on offer, Olympics.com went to Port de Javel Haut in Paris to see the meals that the players will be served at the upcoming Games.

Sodexo Live! will open the Olympic and Paralympic kitchen on July 12, and the 3,500-seat restaurant will serve food 24 hours a day, seven days a week during the Paris 2024 Games.

Laurent Pasteur, Operations Director at Sodexo Live! in the Olympic and Paralympic Village, said, “The Village will be the center of their lives.” The players come from all over the world. “At the Village, catering plays a big part. Their job is to help the athletes do a little better by developing menus that are tailored to elite sports and meet the needs of athletes from more than 200 different countries, making everyone feel at home.”

The Olympic and Paralympic Village will be home to about 15,000 athletes from around the world. Every day, 40 different meals will be served based on four themes:

There will be something for every individual. There will also be a grill with meat and sides, a cheese station, a bakery, a hot food spread, a dessert station, and a lot of different fruits.
